I were there, the first impression is, it is Big.  There are 6 tables setup for their memebers and visitors to  try -out, it is still under renovation, and It might take 3-4 weeks to finish all the setup,  According to the manager and the development plan post on the wall,  It is a professional club design meets the ITTF official tournment standard.  For majors events it can holds 10-12 Olympic size tables.

For normal days, It hold only 20's tables on approx. 18,000 sq ft playing area with Olympic type of flooring. (Oh My God! it is too roomy for me, I can't run that fast.. Please don't move me around if you play me there. (**)

The most interesting item is that they have a full time Customer service manager on site to service us.  From now on, we don't have to find out who is the person in charge if I want to make a complain.. (**) .. 

Does anyone else were there and who know about the memebership price?

I've been there and the venue is roomy.  I'll go regularly after the renovation is completed by end of August.
The club manager is Gareth Constance.
Membership prices as follow:
Day pass - $8
Multiple pass - $60 for 12 days
Monthy pass - $40
Annual pass - $325
VIP (Life time) - $2500

I  feel that, both clubs will do good,  as two difference business objective behind.
One is focus on  professional level of setup and environment, and the other is not on this focus.
As long as the price is right, players will make their own choice.
Always good to have new club open...

They said it will be professional pvc flooring that also good for international tournment. It is premenant install for daily use. Everyone can enjoy as long as they pay and play with indoor TT shoes. I guess it is Gler Floor or similar from China. I want to try and I can't wait....(**)
