4. Equipment: 12 Double Fish Tables; 3 stars Butterfly white balls
5. Events: Under 18 Boys Under 18 Girls
Under 15 Boys Under 15 Girls
Under 13 Boys Under 13 Girls
Under 11 Boys Under 11 Girls
Player can enter maximum of three events.
6. Entry fee: One category 30$, each additional category 15$

Only official entry form will be considered valid. Also, only entries that are accompanied by cheques that are received not later than March 21st, 2011 will be considered valid.
8. Cancelations: They are possible till the deadline. After that they will not accepted and entry fees will be not be reimbursed.
9. Format of play: All events are going to be organized in two stages:
Stage 1: groups with round-robin of 3, or 4 players
Stage 2: knock-out
All events will be played in best of 5 matches
10. Seeding list: According to last rating list available one week before tournament. Please, see
www.ctta.ca11. Eligibility Player has to be Ontario resident (Canadian citizen or landed immigrant)
Player has to be member of OTTA.
Under 18 age category athletes born in year 1993 and after
Under 15 age category athletes born in year 1996 and after
Under 13 age category athletes born in year 1998 and after
Under 11 age category athletes born in year 2000 and after
Competition manager and/or referee can request valid (Canadian) documents that can prove players age.
12. Qualification for Canadian Championship Ontario Championship will be qualification tournament for National Championship in July 2011.
If later on Ontario team face cancelation from some players, empty spots will be filled by Canadian rating issued on June 1st (assuming that players has played at least two tournaments organized in Ontario (after this Ontario Championship and June 1st)
13. Jury Meeting: Will be held on March 24th (Thursday) at 20:00 at venue
14. Draw Stage 1 - group
Will be held on March 24th (Thursday) at 20:30 at venue (open to anyone interested to attend)
